creativity finale

sunday was the conclusion of our 4-week creativity excursion. note the girls showing off their decorated tees with louis posing proudly in the front. such creative souls filled with such joy. i loved working with you girls!

today i returned to my running. it felt divine running through rock creek's trails. although i'm sure i'll be terribly sore in the morning for my private yoga session. oops. running is such an empowering sport (especially for someone like myself who couldn't run around a block just a few years ago).
